The boys did and I went for a walk to help the back and see how they were doing.This is Sam, the Painless Pole, in action. Stayed for about an hour and then came home for a quiet, restful Sunady....the Boss was at work.

The back has been a lot better today, maybe it's a combination of the cocktails and the fierce hot curry last night and the painkillers.....or maybe the damage is repairing. Either way I'm moving back in to the marital bed tonight and going to work in the morning...fingers crossed.

Spent the afternoon doing a bit of work, watching some football, back blipping and commenting on blips. Been out for a beer with D and B tonight and the back has been o.k......so it's off to bed soon and lets see what tomorrow brings.....only five more get ups to half term.....and then Dad and the neice are coming to visit.
