Not had a good day.

Woke up around 5.00 with back pain.

Kept waking up every ten minutes, eventauly got up at 7.00.

Watched New Zealand beat France in the Rugby WCF.

Couldn't go fishing because the back was so painful.

A nothing day really.

Terrible news from the motor cycling, another young life lost.

Seems that not many people liked my squirrel shot from yesterday.

Back finally settled down around 3.00.

And we're not mentioning the football......ever!

This was the only thing I could think of to photograph.
