Mad About the Boy

This is a corner of Betsy's newly decorated room. She loves Keith Haring and has used his artwork as inspiration. Two walls are scarlet and two white. It looks fabulous.

I well remember how exciting it was when I got my bedroom redecorated when I was about her age. I chose pink flowery wallpaper, pale green paint and a green blind that had little pink bobbles along it's scalloped edge. I thought it too pretty for words. Hardly Keith Haring and School of Rock. The only posters I had were of Nadia Comaneci and Sue Barker.
