It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas..

OOOOOh I can feel a song coming on!


The darkness descended today, bleak and colourless. My camera lay dormant in my bag all the way into work, no light to speak of except street lamps... anyway, after the coffee shop a little xmas browsing.

Whistling a little xmas tune in my head I looked around the shops, sparkling lights and tinsel, brightly coloured thingamajigs, very useful wotchamacallits and loads of tempting wothaveyou's!

I can feel myself getting sillier as the days go by, I love all this mad stuff, we forget to be careful and sensible, let rip and plaster our houses in lights, buy each other stuff we don't need and eat way too much......... awesome!!

You don't have to spend lots of money....great if you have it, spend away for all you're worth, make sure you do it with a smile...put a penny or two in charity's pocket and read 'A Christmas Carol' before the big day, just enjoy it and spread some xmas cheer!

Here's to mince pies and enough port to wreck a sailor's liver!!!
