In a quiet moment..

I'm starting to lose the feeling of what day it is. I had to think really hard this morning as to what shift I was on, what was I meant to be doing today.

I headed into work and strolled around in a little daze, thank goodness the sun was out! I went down to the river for a little quietness and found a nice spot only a few feet away from the traffic, it might as well have been a million miles!!

Birds singing, the wind in my face and nobody else around, wonderful, step off the beaten path and you can be SO alone.

Another busy day!
