Simple

I'm trying to get back into some sort of healthy heart, body, mind and spirit gubbins so am ignoring the housework as much as possible and having a few days doing ouchie yoga stretches, playing the flute and going for long walks (whilst trying to leave my camera switched off for as long as possible so I actually exercise!) I'm also eating things like buckwheat flatbread and brown rice cereal and natural yoghurt whilst craving Nutella on toast. It really does work but I have no self-discipline and I know it won't last.

Any today's loong walk was to Woolacombe Warren and back across to Putsborough beach. There was an unusually high number of seabirds on the beach and I got a bit carried away with the camera and then ended up thinking maybe photos of seabirds without a zoom lens aren't 'all that' after all so I deleted most of them.

In keeping with my current streamline approach to life this week I've chosen a simple pic instead. I find it very calming

And breathe...

Ohhmmmm....

I also wrote a flash fiction about the close friendships that can form online. You can read it if you can be bothered: A Voice Released: Tea and Cakes
