Half an hour extra on the exercise bike tomorrow as penance.

Nerves still rattling from watching Liverpool v Cardiff this afternoon. James was priceless at the end...I swear he blinked and missed the winning penalty. He looked at me. Eyes wide open as if to say "please tell me they won" ...so I did. He squealed!!!! Made his day. I however have been reminded why I do not watch football too often...not good for the nerves and I find myself abusing players...to be fair, Carroll deserved my vitriol. He also needs a haircut.
