Today's the day ............................... for a duck domestic

These two were on the river bank looking down at the water - not making eye contact.

He started quacking loudly - she said nothing but turned her head away. You could almost hear her saying, "Oh be quiet - it wasn't like that at all....."

Then they both flew away - and I never did get to hear the end of the story .......................
