Camping under the (nearly) full moon

After a day of doing that I thought would never end, we finally got off on the start of our camping trip. By the time we had pitched and eaten tea and got the kids to sleep I suddenly realised I hadn't taken the camera out all day. Oops!

As you can see from the shot the sky was clear of cloud and the temperatures plumeted to -4degrees over night. A tad chilly in a tent with no method of heating bar the alcohol that was comsumed. Both kids slept in their fleecy jumpers but probably wouldn't have needed to if they would learn to stay in their bags. Will woke up three times, each time out of his bag and unsurprisingly, cold. Luckily he went straight back to sleep each time.
