Wisteria

Wisteria is a genus of flowering plants in the pea family. Wisteria vines climb by twining their stems either clockwise or anti-clockwise round any available support. They can climb as high as 20 m above the ground.
This is on the back of the building in Abbey Gardens in Winchester. Not quite fully out, it really needs a few days of sun (don't we all). The gardens are a riot of colour at the moment and well worth a visit if you are in the area.
I haven't done anything other than crop (a little) the shot. I like the way some of the flowers appear to be darker with the way the light falls.
