VE day

Today is VE day and a Bank holiday in France (there are four in May). I hit the parade driving through Prades so it seemed a good Blip opportunity. Giscard d'Estaing suppressed this holiday as a token of reconciliation with Germany but it was revived by François Mitterand in 1981.
