Having a nap

This morning the Lamberts Castle cows were out enjoying the sunshine and the mothers had obviously but the calves down for a little nap with their new ear rings on.

At the moment there are just these three but I expect to see more in the coming days.
Considering how many dog walkers use the area, the mothers are very calm about the whole thing
