Kilbrannan Sound

After a lovely meal out last night with our friends at the Mussel Inn in Hope street, we spent today shopping in Glasgow. It was then a dash down the road for the Camera Club dinner, which is being held this evening.

Did manage to stop a couple of times for blips of the scenery and settled on this shot of Arran and the Kilbrannan Sound from the "Wee Road" just south of Grogport. After yesterday's dreich weather, it was great to see the sun today, which really brings the countryside alive. Its amazing how the autumnal like colours in the grass and some trees is hanging on, although the green from new buds and blades of grass is starting to take over.

Must go and prepare for the big night. Normal commenting service will be resumed tomorrow!
