Christmas Eve Eve

I have written this entry already. Blip ate it. Hey ho. Great day. She wrote her letter to Santa - "To Santa, please can I have 1. Elsa doll 2. Puppy 3. Doctors kit. Love from Katie M". Addressed to "Santa. The North Pole". She posted it and saw it being collected, so knows its on its way (she's asked me outright this year whether Santa is a real person. An explanation of Santa taking lots of forms and being something we use to explain the magic of Christmas was scoffed at and "I think he's real" was the result. We took a trip to York today- carousel ride, Disney Store, fudge-making display and testing at the Fudge Kitchen, amazing all you can eat buffet with a whole variety of nationalities of food, many puddings, lots of wandering. Walks through the museum gardens, squirrels, flooded river banks, Christmas displays. Lots of fun. We diverted then stopped on the way home to look at the Thornton le Dale Christmas lights. She loved it all and went to sleep on the way home. 

I need another day at least before Christmas Eve please.
