You should have been seeing an elegant shot of a sunlit Buddhist retreat house nestled in the hillside on Holy Isle. I'd have walked to King's Cross and played about with the long lens in the mild May air as I found just the right angle to use, exploiting the glorious sunlight on the sea between the stretches of shore.

But it's a perishing cold, miserable, grey day and I'm going to settle down with my novel and a big cup of coffee; so you're getting something much less imaginative instead. Hello! Who's Calling, please?
