Took a look at the hotel your staying in...this is not backpacking but flashpacking. It's awesome....just watch you don't run out of money.

Went down to watch Ipswich v Derby today...we lost 1-0. Tom and Nick had the season ticket seats and me and dad had the free ones we were given for sponsoring Jonathan Parr....well dads company sponsor him not us personally. Think we should have had a penalty but what do I know. Took this with my phone as my camera was playing up.

Good job it was an early match as it gave us an afternoon and I really needed to do some food shopping. I needed to get all the healthy stuff back in the fridge. So the fridge had a clear out and there is an amazing amout of colour in my fridge....colour means healthy to me.

Have meal planned for the week.....thanks to my new book. Lots of really nice soups to be made. Tonight tomato soup and chicken and vegetable soup is being made. The plan is to freeze it in portions and use it throughout the week. Fingers crossed it will workout. I need to lose some weight for my holiday....which is just over two weeks away :)
