Girls day out

What a bloody brilliant Saturday. Just me and Squidge as Angus was working. I hate it when we just kick about doing nothing so as she seemed in good spirits, I hatched a plan to take her out for the day.

We walked to Didsbury (took over an hour, she is so heavy to push in the buggy now!), visited Cavendish Park (see pic), had a lovely hour in Pizza Express (may have had a sneaky Aperol Spritzer - first of the year!) and caught the tram back.

It was sunny, we were both in great moods and do you know what, she is fantastic company! We have chatted and sung all day in our own silly language.

Am shattered now though. It's been a while since I did any exercise and boy am I feeling it!
