the opening of Ebo's Bar & Spa

Hectic morning, and alarm had me up early doors. porridge, green tea done, then off into Sainos by 8.15am for shopping. back and unpacked, and picked mum up to set off for a days graft at 49. Marco (the italian) was at 49, sterling work by him, and i will have the best skirting boards and architraves for miles!

mum painted the first watery coat of paint in the newly plastered bathroom, and i did lots of painting on skirting boards. diet going well, so no visit to HillTop chippy (for mum yes, me no!) had beaut salad instead. for tea, i cooked an awesome tuna steak, which was delicious. then off to the official opening of Ebo's Bar & Spa which was being opened by my bro (who's leaving for the Isle of Man on mon).

i can confirm that Ebo's Bar & Spa has been awarded 3 Hewes Stars and is the best pub in Eastwood! absolutely amazing attention to detail by Ebo and Ness, they had pork scratchings and nuts too! still can't believe what you can do with a commonal garden shed! i broke my diet rule to have some Verve Cliquot in honour of bro & co. fabulous night, loads of fun, karaoke, music, darts, and also Chelsea win the European Cup for the first time. on this blip is Mark, Brad, Ebo and Bro, and Roberto Di Matteo!
