of the Kangaroo Paw.

I was so pleased to have my macro lens today as it was a miserable day outside and not a good day for blipping.  I decided I would chance my arm with one of the kangaroo paw flowers that I had blipped the other day.

I'm just astonished at how different the plants look under the macro lens.  I love racing over to the computer to see the image in large living colour.   I think I could get a bit addicted to this macro business!!
N.B.  CCN thinks I am already :-)

Just taking a mini-break between sets.  We have been watching the young aussie Nick Kyrgios battling it out with Andy Murray.  Not going too well at the moment but we live in hope.
