Porty People and Places

A very cold morning for a run on the beach.
An even colder morning for a swim?!
Each to their own.

I spent the morning on international conference calls with colleagues in much warmer climes - I even felt a little warmer after the calls!

In the afternoon I had important meetings in town that ran on into the early evening.

I am now home and preparing for my next expedition, firth of Edinburgh, that  takes me on a couple of short haul flights from the Scottish capital in the morning.
