Drizzly Dublin

Took this snap from FaceTime earlier. I flew to Dublin today ahead of a day of meetings here tomorrow. Missed these two really badly. It should have been nice and relaxing break but instead it was drizzly and I felt homesick. They were originally meant to come with me but Angus couldn't get the time off work. Same old story :(

Tried to cheer myself up with some afternoon tea in front of the fire in the hotel lobby. If in doubt, comfort eat I say! Then had a rainy walk round the shops but wasn't in the mood.

Settling in my room now with a beer, the movie, Boyhood and have a Wagamama's takeaway on the way (against hotel policy apparently, whatever - don't argue with a homesick Mum who wants a Katsu chicken, front desk staff!)
