Im a year…..

……closer to 40!  Lol!! 

Special day today as I got to spend it with Mum on a day that means a lot to her.  I believe I have not had a birthday coincide with Mother’s Day before, if there was, I don’t recall it!  Mum brought me home on the 16 March 1980 and it was Mother’s Day – how cute is that?!

 

Mum did a lovely ‘light’ lunch and presented me with a cake.  Since I have been spending a bit more time with mum (I try to go see her every two weeks) I have found a whole new level of love and respect for her…..Love her loads, she is a very special mum indeed.

I have been spolit rotten……heart mugs / heart candle holders / heart making kit / a Pandora charm of two swans making a heart / sweeties / chocolates / candles / lunch box for work (my niece has a great sense of humour!) and, and, and, a Prime Lens…..50mm.....I LOVE IT!  I am one very spoilt girl today.

Tomorrow is 13th Wedding Anniversary……we are taking the day off to decorate banisters!!
