I just love Turkish coffee...

All day was spent with Ridvan! He was gracious enough to take the day off of work at the shop to show me around the city. I probably walked a good 5 miles today, in the blistering heat, while trying to not look completely disheveled. Ridvan took me to the Agean side of Istanbul by boat, ate lunch by the sea, walked through the palace park, watched the gypsies, talked about everything and anything, had dinner with my dad at an overpriced kabob restaurant, then of course more hookah, tea, and walking around Taksim to finish the night. We held hands all day, and slowly my walls started to fall...
