A Bit of Old Arklow

Just around the corner from the old workshop which I blipped yesterday and beside the new Harbourmasters Office, stands this old bench and a rather ancient looking door to the back yard of the workshop. I don't think the door has been opened in many years and would likely fall off its hinges if anyone were to try prising it ajar. In any case the bench would have to be moved first of all and doing so would probably cause a riot as it is a prime location where some of the old retired seamen gather of a good morning to discuss important topics while waiting for the pubs to open. If they ever turned up to find their "throne" gone there is no telling what might happen. Just up the road there resides throne number two where more old sea salts have their conference centre. I must blip it too.
