So many tastes
Lunch today as guest of former blipper JustEnjoy (who is fit and well you will be pleased to hear). We dined at The Pass where Michelin starred Matt Gillan is the chef. Matt is to be one of the chefs in"Great British Menu" later this year so we will be rooting for him.
Today's meal consisted of many small exceedingly tasty and pretty courses. I forgot to bring a menu home with me, so can't remember what this course was. On one meat course we had mustard ice cream!
Sad today about the devastating fire at nearby Clandon House. It seems as though the beautiful house that I visited just a few weeks ago is pretty well gutted, although some of the incredible collection of furniture and porcelain has been saved.
