The Wee Drummer Girl

Cynthia left the Farmers' Market early today so that we could get to the Bellingham Highland Games in time for the opening ceremony at noon.

After a very wet and gloomy start to the day, the weather improved dramatically soon after we got to the Games, and we had sunshine all afternoon.

Needless to say, we both took hundreds of photos, and I've just finished editing mine and posting some of them to Flickr -- at 11:00 PM. C has already finished her blip, and I'm too tired to write much, so if you want to know more about our day, here's the link.

The one thing she didn't mention is the beautiful woman who was giving me the eye in the beer garden. I was so excited I almost spilled my Boundary Bay Scotch Ale.
