Blood test today only took five minutes. And I was twenty minutes late, having missed the bus. So the trick is not to put too much importance on the actual appointment time! No, I will, of course - I hate to be late for anything.

JR went to see about her asthma, which has been getting worse. Or at least, has not been getting better. Of course, it's THE DOG. Even though he doesn't shed hair (which is a BIG bonus) all dogs shed dander. JR thought she might 'get used to it' but the nurse has declared that one room (the bedroom) must be kept dog free.

He's looking a bit concerned about the changes to his routine....
