The health kick continues

Back in April I declared I was on a diet - my kind of diet - no treats for 3 months. I'm now two months in and I'm impressed by my dedication. I can't tell you how many things I've had to turn down. I'm feeling better for it. I'm considering keeping going after 7 July too!

Although I didn't just stop at treats, I decided to smarten up my diet by eating healthier choices too. Today it was haddock, cherry tomato, garlic, courgette, broccoli, spinach and rice noodle stir fry. So simple. So delicious.
