Grammar or grammer?

This is my landmark in the hedge.

When i get to here the cow things that run and charge can no longer jump over and reach me.

When i get to this point i usually stand and thank goodness i am safely past.

Just a thought re my grammar and not grandma, grammar! Is it past or passed? And is it grammar or grammer?
