Dragonflies

Today we were up early to drive to Fayetteville so that we could pick up some of our church youth that had been at Youth Conference this past week.  

Conference was running behind schedule so we were able to hear there final speaker which was Bro Parker.  His talk was on "talking behind peoples' backs" and it was a lot of fun.  He had everyone talking behind each other's backs before the end of the session.  It was talking "nice & inspiring" things about each other.  

By the time we got everyone packed up and we stopped to eat etc and then got home it was dinner time (tea time).  It had taken our complete day but it was well worth it.  Doing things like that for our youth is always worth our time and effort.

Tomorrow is the 4th Sunday of the month so it is once again my turn to teach.  I am just about to review my lesson and then I am off to bed as it will be an early morning start tomorrow.

We are currently under a tornado watch with heavy rain, thunder and lightning.  This storm is supposed to be bringing us slightly cooler weather for next week - yay!
