Let the train take the strain!

B has a meeting in Manchester this evening so we took the train from the village this morning and will stay over night.

An easy trip, with potential to use Manchester Airport in the future, rather than travelling down to Heathrow.

I knew that we were back in Lincolnshire when the guard on the earlier train said "your train will be here in 10 minutes duck" !!

If I'd been in Scotland I would have been referred to as "hen"

I'm having a lazy evening at the hotel watching tele and doing my lists for the next phase of house improvements!!!
