It's a wrap Jim ...

... but not as we know it.

Got up at 6am and drove down to Bath for Demuth's vegetarian cookery school. Our fourth visit. Today it was South American cooking, and an intense education in the world of the chilli.

A very good day as usual, here is the finished result (or one of them) - a minimal plate as we were supposed to be going out to eat later in the evening (although that never happened).

The parcel on the right is a kind of dumpling with veg and cheese and a hot chilli sauce, wrapped in a corn husk and steamed. Makes for a nice looking plate.

As for the rest:

We got very tired. Period.

Very sad to read about the bombings in Turkey, we loved the people and the country on our recent visit. 

One more day then back to work ...
