Our paintings are up

Yesterday S and M helped us hang our paintings, which I'd not dared attempt since the decorating was finished before our big trip. This is a group of the smaller paintings - the big ones have some space to themselves. The room feels much more homely now we have them all up.

Oh yes, I did manage to get the meal on the table after the 5:1 martini, and it was another good night. However this morning we all had a longer sleep, then we enjoyed the free range eggs S brought, along with our local butcher's award-winning Simonside Sizzler sausages.

Sadly the weather has been foul all weekend so we didn't get our coastal walk.
