Lincoln

We travelled to Lincoln today on the train from Nottingham (jammed to the full with others!) - to visit The Mediaeval Market on its first day.
The weather stayed mellow and dry, and so we had an enjoyable walk around most of the stalls and entertainments.
This is the floodlit cathedral shortly after sunset, taken from an adjacent, and dark, archway. Quite spectacular and hope you agree.
All in all a great day out.
Back home now and the wind and rain have returned!!
