Wrong End Of The Stick

One of the presents my mum and dad bought Poppy for Christmas was a Selfie Stick. I don't know why I thought it would be a good idea. She hasn't used it at all. I thought it might be fun to get a shot of the parents using it but it was more difficult than I thought. The phone kept twirling round at the end of the stick (which I probably should have shortened) and it was difficult to take a photo without appearing in the shot myself.
D cooked a lovely rib of beef and mum and dad joined us for dinner which was a very nice end to a quiet, lazy and very enjoyable weekend.
