The nursery chicks have hatched! It took us a while to get into the room this morning as Katie wanted to talk to them. She didn't touch them this morning, but when I picked her up they said they had been visiting them today and stroking or holding them. So when we went back out she wanted to do it again.

They said she has had a good day, although she had been very clingy to Monkey and got a bit upset at one point as she couldn't find him. He had been put in the toy washing machine by someone. She also talked about yesterday's nursery party and that she had seen Brooke and her friends.

On the way home we walk past the back of nursery. She was quite excited to see it as started chatting about her day. I asked her who looks after her and she said Brooke!
