What a sky

Now we only have the one car I was up and ready to take Susan to work so I could do a bit of shopping, go swimming and get things ready for the trip to the Lakes later on today.

Having to seriously restrict the amount of stuff we're taking as the Hyundai is considerably smaller than the Skoda. Neither is it automatic nor does it have cruise control. Going to be like the good old days.

Took this shot through the windscreen (stopped of course) just after I left the house to pick up Susan. Very dramatic with the sun creating a great effect on the clouds which had been bothering us most of the day.

We're now in a Travelodge in Northampton having left Kent this evening at 7.00pm, good journey even though we had to go past the scene of Saturday's crash. Hopefully the going will stay good for tomorrow's journey.
