Curious
After a few flakes of snow this morning, the weather brightened up nicely, so I joined MrM when he drove to the Fowberry Estate. He went off to do his 'squirrel' duties, and I walked along the footpath and under the bridge. Carpets of snowdrops everywhere - absolutely beautiful (see extra). A very short walk really, but very pleasant.
Fabulous views of Harthope Hill and the Cheviot on the way back. Lots of snow on the high tops, but nothing on the lower hills (from Humbleton Hill on the left to Yeavering Bell on the right in the extra). MrM stopped the car so I could take this shot - the two sheep to the bottom left were really curious, and came up to the gate where I was standing.
Rest of the day spent mostly on domestic stuff.
