Paddlefest, Part 2

We watched the kayakers and the paddleboarders ride the waves this morning. Such amazing athletes! I am no longer in the habit of even thinking about toting an SLR and a decent lens, so we are left here with a point and shoot image of a very talented competitor. It was impossible to see anything on the camera screen, so I was shooting blind, and from far away. Considering all that, I think this still gives an idea of what was going on,. They were turning and flipping and spinning and rushing through the water--what an exhilarating show!
