My Favourite Aunt

a cheat blip of Pat taken yesterday at Hartwell House. Pat is an aunt on my paternal side. (Her husband & my father were brothers) 

A quieter day today but tomorrow I am hoping to visit a Strawberry Gothic mansion located quite close to where I live. The house holds a little history for the family as my maternal Great Grandfather worked here as a groom. Sadly whilst middle aged he received a nasty kick by a horse & as a result never worked again. He is the earliest known sufferer of Haemophilia in our family......more tomorrow.
