Dried Flowers

Day 11 Saturday

After all the excitement of the wedding, we decided to have a lazy day today.....so off down to the beach, after breakfast. No sign of the happy couple, who were treated to breakfast in bed, whilst their little boy was being looked after by his grandparents.

It was beautiful, as usual, down there, so tranquil, water lapping up around your feet, a pleasant stroll, several cooling dips, a wander to the beach bar for a light lunch, and a wander back again. Only downside is coming back up all those steps in the late afternoon heat, although it's not been quite as hot today, still, lugging the bags and wet towels is an effort, but as usual, we made it!! ;-)

As we cut through the reception area on the way back to our room, I spotted this dried flower arrangement hung on their wall, where they advertise their wedding services, thought it was pretty and quite apt :-)

We tried a different restaurant for dinner, good decision :-)
