Gold rush Friday

I think that this week has been an Olympic sized week! Maybe it's the move from 24 to 49 at the beginning or maybe it's just that the days have lengthened this week due to me following the Olympics? I mean, when would I usually sit up on bed watching some random sport I don't even know the rules for!

Today's lesson is that I've learnt water polo takes place in the pool! I thought it was refusing polo played only when it rains!

Great Friday feeling in the office, coupled with regular 'meetings' in the kitchen 'near the tv', to erm, glance at the Olympics!

Pub at lunch was lovely, mrs hammo joined us.

Afternoon and finally got the call to say mums house sale finally gone thru, end of an era!! Blip is of my key to 24, which I've not yet handed in!

I hoped blip was going to be a pic of becky adlington picking up gold tonight, but not to be. Still a fabulous bronze medal from our local heroine! Highlight tonight was Vicky Pendleton winning gold. Team gb now have 8 golds!

Watching more Olympics tonight but early to bed as in work all weekend as painting being done
