Always Worth A Try

Woke up this morning with sore hands/wrists. I think that the lawn mowing was a wee bit more involved than I thought at the time. No matter. It'll pass.

We were in the city centre today for a few chores and spotted that they were starting to set up for the Rheingauer Weinwoche or our regional wine week. It seemed churlish to turn down the chance of a glass of Sekt while the sun was shining, so we didn't.

The Weinwoche is quite good fun, there are usually about 120 stands all showcasing the really good German wines that get kept here and never make it out of the country. I have no doubt we'll be back to sample a few and I may try to make a Blip of it.
