Llamas
Last morning in our holiday cottage and we were ready to go by 9.30 am, packing the car in a light drizzle of rain. By the time we left the cloud had dropped right down over the hills, so all the last-minute photos I had planned to take were out of the question.
Fortunately the cloud lifted again as we crossed into Northumberland and these llamas sitting in a field were just calling out to be blipped. A great drive up the A68, which must have been built by the Romans as it runs straight for miles on end with fantastic switchbacks along the route! (See Extra).
Lovely to be home again, but Simba will have to wait until tomorrow to be collected from the cattery, which gives us time to get organised before he demands our attention:-)
