Scaredy Cat

There's a big cat problem in the NW garden. Next door and the house behind have three each and others visit too.

I am tackling this on a number of fronts as they have some very unsavoury habits as well as catching the birds. I have purchased a battery operated device that emits a high pitched sound when it detects movement (barely audible to humans). I use the trusty water pistol as well as this addition to the armoury purchased a few months ago an unusual plant called Scaredy Cat (coleus canina) which apparently smells of dog urine. 

I have noticed a reduction in cat mess this summer so one or more is working. Fingers crossed that it continues!
