Sock it to me

Casting around in desperation for a blip, sitting in M&S having a cup of tea, I saw this coloutful display of socks, so decision made. It's getting to that time of the year, with less light, that finding blip subjects is more and more of a challenge.

We'd walked into town to get a couple of cabin bags for next week's trip to Edinburgh for a few days. We're travelling by train so didn't want to lug big cases around. The shop we were expecting to visit is no longer there so we called in at House of Fraser who just happened to have cabin bags reduced from £120 to £36. How can this be so? Anyway they looked fit for purpose so we bought them an I carried them the two or so miles home.

Marmite Ukulele Club meeting in the evening. Very enjoyable it was too. Went for a run then cleared the greenhouse of all the tomato plants and all other detritus this morning.
