Cool and Refreshing Evening

It has been HOT for days here in the Inland Empire of southern California, so late this afternoon we turned off the air-conditioning, packed the three pooches in the car, and headed toward the coast in Laguna Beach to the Sawdust Festival to enjoy dinner and music and art. The change in temperature was refreshing. The cool, moist air felt wonderful.

Earlier this summer we purchased the season "Triple Value Passport to the Arts" to Laguna's Sawdust Festival, Festival of Arts, and Art-a-Fair. All three fairs will conclude at the end of the month, so we are now getting our money's worth from these very reasonably priced passes.

We are loving summer, but a little tired of the very HIGH temperatures!
