Challenges

Adam has been part of a team doing The Challenge for the last 2 weeks. Last week they were on an outward bound type week, which included sailing a racing yacht down the river Clyde and camping after they had landed.
This week his team made a film about a residential home for people with Alzheimers. It was a residential week in University halls of residence so they have had to fend for themselves all week as well as work in a team.
Each team presented a showcase of the work they have done this week. These young people have clearly worked hard and some of it was very moving.

Radio Lancashire asked what unusual souvenirs we had. My piece of Olympic track caused much amusement. I'm on the breakfast show tomorrow recounting some of my experiences
