Microsoft Lync is a communications system which when installed on your computer enables you to send instant messages and talk to other members of your team using a headset. This is especially useful when you aren't in the same office, or you are working from home and it avoids costly phone calls etc.

Sorry folks, that is a bit dull. Anyway, Bony decided to borrow the headset and practice his skills before beginning a new career as an air traffic controller. (I think he read in a newspaper that many airports are understaffed and are only operated by a skeleton crew so he thinks the job is his already).

I won't disillusion him. Poor Bony! I haven't the heart to tell him his accent acquired while watching countless episodes of Rab C. Nesbitt after I've gone to work might hold him back a bit, especially when giving instructions to people from foreign lands like......Wales.

Oh well... He looks good in his headset, doesn't he?
