Swedish dessert
Lots to do at work. Lots to get ready for the meeting in Copenhagen and for the arrival of my new boss.
Managed another lunchtime run (this time with my own trainer as the rest of the work joggers couldn't make it). It was very hot and I couldn't quite make the 5K route planned. Glad to have done it though. More runs planned for next week.
Son number one asked me to get the ingredients for this dessert that he'd loved on his recent trip to Sweden. It has ice cream, crushed meringue, banana, chocolate and caramel sauce. Certainly met with our approval and he can certainly make it again.
